Hvem kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer, at anmeldelserne kommer fra ægte kunder, ved at matche dem med et salg eller en transaktion. Folk bliver først inviteret til at skrive en anmeldelse, når de har købt noget hos virksomheden.

There has been no service. Rail discoveries have had no contact with me apart from the initial Coronavirus warning in Italy, it is just wait and see.

Updatedon events was satisfactiry, but, clearly, the agent was not awareofl

The agent was pleasant. But with Virus restrictions becoming more extensive it will be a while before we know whether our trip is to go ahead.
