Thank you for leaving your feedback. Here at Quality Bearings Online, we use all feedback to improve our services and create a better journey for our customers when they choose to purchase with us. We also like to ensure each customer experience is a positive one, we understand that was not the case on this occasion for you and we would like to sincerely apologise for that. After investigating your order I can see a delay in dispatch due to a stock issue we had. Our typical protocol with all order delays is to inform the customer in a timely manor which unfortunately didn't happen on this occasion. Please be assured this isn't a true reflection of the service we aim to offer to all of our customers. To make up for any inconvenience this may have caused, we are going to issue you with a full refund. We hope this solves the matter however, if you would like to discuss this further please contact our customer service team at customerservice@qualitybearingsonline.com
