Pure Ventilation Anmeldelser

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the 2 Room Heat Transfer Kit. We're sorry to hear the product did not fully meet your expectations in terms of airflow performance. Heat transfer effectiveness can vary depending on factors such as duct length, installation configuration, and the distance between rooms. We also appreciate your comments regarding the ducting supplied with the kit. The inclusions are listed on the product page; however, we understand how the product imagery may have created the expectation that three separate duct lengths would be included. The kit is designed so that the supplied ducting can be cut to the required lengths during installation, but we acknowledge that this may not be immediately clear from the current description and images. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review the product information to see if we can make the ducting requirements clearer for future customers. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to shop with us.
