Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're so pleased to hear that your GSD is gaining healthy weight and enjoying the food—especially since he's usually fussy. It's great to know it's also helping with his digestion. We really appreciate you sharing your experience. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hi Gary, Thank you so much for your feedback — and for the kind words about the quality of our food. We’re really pleased to hear your dogs are enjoying it! We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with damaged containers and labeling concerns. We take both packaging integrity and protein accuracy extremely seriously — especially when allergies are involved — and we have robust quality control procedures in place to prevent any mix-ups. To date, we've received very few reports of this nature, and in those rare cases, we've never confirmed evidence of mislabeling. That said, your feedback is important, and we’d love to investigate this further. If you're ever unsure about a tub’s contents or encounter a potential error, please take a photo of the packaging (including the batch label and product code) and get in touch with our Customer Experience Team. This will help us trace the exact production run and ensure everything is as it should be. Thank you again for your continued support, and we’re here if you need anything further. Warm regards, Team ProDog
