Hi Gemma, Thank you for your feedback and for being a valued customer. We're really sorry to hear about the repeated issues with thawed deliveries during the warmer months. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, especially when you're relying on the food to arrive in perfect condition. While we're glad to hear you’ve been happy with the quality of the food itself, it’s clear we need to do better with delivery logistics in the summer. We’re actively working with our courier partners to explore more reliable refrigerated options and better delivery windows to prevent this from happening again. In the meantime, please contact our customer service team so we can arrange a replacement or refund for your affected orders, we want to make this right. Thank you again for your honesty, and we hope we can restore your confidence in us. Best regards Team ProDog
