Hi Graham, Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the Beach Festival and found it well organised and genuinely dog-friendly. With such a hot day, the welfare and comfort of the dogs was incredibly important to us, so it’s fantastic to hear that you appreciated the care, cooling and welfare facilities we had in place. We’re so pleased you found the day both entertaining and enjoyable, and we hope to see you and your four-legged friend at another event. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hi Lynne, We’re really sorry that you received rabbit ears without the fur, especially as you’ve always received them with fur previously. We completely understand your disappointment, and it sounds like your dog has made her feelings very clear too. We’ll be sending out the correct rabbit ears with fur for you, and we hope she enjoys them much more. We’re sorry for the mix-up and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hi Vanessa, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the wait for the pool was so long and that the 90-minute queue meant you missed out on other activities during the day. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and your suggestion of timed slots is a really helpful one. We’ll certainly pass this feedback on to the events team as we look at ways to improve the experience for future events. Thank you for joining us and for taking the time to share your feedback.
