I’m truly sorry to hear about the disruption this has caused and understand how frustrating it must be to experience delays, particularly when you rely on our food to keep your dogs well-fed and thriving. In line with our terms of business, customers are kindly asked to be available for up to 48 hours around the estimated delivery slot, as occasional delays can occur due to courier handling or external factors beyond our immediate control. We appreciate this isn’t always ideal, but it's essential to help ensure perishable goods are successfully received. That said, if food arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we strongly urge you to accept the delivery and contact our Customer Service team immediately, providing clear photo evidence of any items that may have perished. In doing so, we will always replace affected tubs as necessary, this is something we’re happy to stand by. However, refusing delivery makes it impossible for us to assess the goods and limits the support we’re able to provide. We’re genuinely disappointed to hear this may be your last experience with us, especially as our team is always here to help and would welcome the opportunity to resolve this for you properly.
