We’re really sorry to hear that your dog has had this experience. We know how worrying it can be when a pet feels unwell. Our products are crafted with carefully sourced, high-quality ingredients and undergo rigorous quality control. However, we recognize that every dog may react differently, particularly when transitioning between brands or protein sources. We’d love to learn more about what happened so we can look into this further and help resolve the issue. Could you please contact our customer care team at support@prodograw.com with the product details and batch number? We also have a nutritionist who will be able to help you discuss symptoms and recovery options. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly value your feedback, look forward to hearing from you and hope your dog is feeling better soon. Best wishes Team ProDog
