Thank you so much for your feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re delighted to hear that Millie is enjoying the food, but we’re sorry to learn about the issues with variety and the frozen deliveries. If the food is cold to the touch or partially defrosted, you can safely refreeze it. If it's soft all the way through and at room temperature, this will not be suitable for refreezing. We recommend storing up to three days' worth in the fridge if room temperature. If you have any concerns, then please contact our team. Our team would love to look into this further to make it right and ensure you’re getting the mix and quality you expect. Please contact us at support@prodograw.com, and we’ll be happy to help. Best wishes Team ProDog
