Following our conversation, regarding your delivery, we investigated this matter further with the company. We let you know that they confirmed that the safe place instructions provided were to leave the parcel under the gate. However, upon review, it has been noted that the gap under the gate is too small to accommodate the parcel. As a result, the courier defaulted to leaving it in front of the gate. While we make every effort to ensure successful and secure deliveries, we rely on accurate and achievable safe place instructions to minimise risks. Unfortunately, as the safe place specified could not be fulfilled, this increased the risk of the parcel being misplaced or taken. To help avoid similar issues in the future, we recommend ensuring safe place instructions provide clear and feasible alternatives, such as delivering to a trusted neighbour or a designated collection point. Please let us know if we can help with any future orders to ensure that the courier information is updated correctly, We would be more than happy to call them for you and get the safe place information sorted.
