We emailed you having spoken to the courier company who have advised that although a safe place was selected there was no specification as to where to leave the parcel exactly and as a result, the courier defaulted to leaving it at your front door. Unfortunately, because of this we would not be able to offer a refund or replacement in this instance as the order was delivered. While we make every effort to ensure successful and secure deliveries, we rely on accurate and achievable safe place instructions to minimise risks. Unfortunately, as the safe place was not specified exactly this then left it to the driver to decide and this increased the risk of the parcel being misplaced or taken. To help avoid similar issues in the future, we recommend ensuring safe place instructions provide clear and feasible alternatives, such as delivering to a trusted neighbour or a designated collection point. Please let us know if we can help with any future orders to ensure that the courier information is updated, We would be more than happy to call them for you and get the safe place information sorted.
