Hi Kay, Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're delighted to hear your Cocker is now enjoying his 100% raw meals and has found some favourite recipes. It's great that you took the transition at his pace, and it's fantastic to hear you've already noticed the smaller poops. Love his new dining preferences. Dogs certainly like to keep us guessing, and if a china plate (or even the kitchen floor!) is what makes mealtime enjoyable for him, then who are we to argue? Thank you as well for sharing the photo of your gorgeous dog – we always love seeing the wonderful dogs we have the pleasure of helping to feed. We really appreciate your support and hope he continues to thrive on his raw journey. Best wishes Team ProDog

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced when trying to bring your delivery forward. We understand how confusing it must have been to see your order left in a pending state with an incorrect delivery date, especially when you have a regular subscription in place. From our records, it appears the delivery remained on hold due to a payment issue, and once this was resolved with our Customer Support team, your delivery was able to be scheduled. If you have more questions please do email us at support@prodograw.com and we'll be happy to assist again. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hi Vikki, Thank you for your fantastic 5-star review. We're so pleased to hear your dogs have gone from turning their noses up at mealtimes to getting excited for their food. It's wonderful to know they're absolutely loving ProDog Raw. If you ever need any support with fussy eating in the future, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Our behaviourist, Caroline, will be more than happy to help get your dogs back on track and offer advice to keep mealtimes enjoyable. Thank you again for sharing your experience – it means a lot to us. Best wishes Team ProDog
