Our nutritionist has been in conversation with you recently and explained that Our chicken free bundle does not specify the ratio of different proteins and the pre-packed bundle contains all the proteins but less or more of certain ones as availability depicts and If you are willing to phone up when ordering we could accommodate your wishes. We would like to discuss this further and work toward this solution in order that we can restore your confidence in our service. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would like to sincerely apologise for the experience you've had with our product and appreciate your feedback. I believe a senior member of staff has emailed you and is awaiting a response so we can rectify this issue and replace the defrosted tubs. Unfortunately, this issue was caused by delays from DPD, which affected a significant number of our orders. When your order left Prodog, it was dispatched with the expectation that it would arrive the following day so I am sorry about that - unfortunately sometimes these issues are out of our control. I understand your concerns regarding the partially defrosted food, as the well-being of your puppy is of utmost importance to us, we take product quality seriously & we would like to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Please rest assured that we will gladly replace it for you at no additional cost. To assist you further, could you please let me know how many tubs were defrosted? This information will help us process your replacement more efficiently. I trust this helps to allay your concerns and we look forward to sorting this as soon as possible to your satisfaction.
