Hello Adrienne, Thank you so much for your kind words about our customer service team — we’re really pleased to hear they’ve been helpful. We also really appreciate your honest feedback, and I’d like to address each of your concerns: We’re sorry to hear about the delays and inconvenience with our phone service. We know your time is valuable. During busy periods when phone lines are full and we are unable to pick up immediately, please would you message or email us with your questions and, if you’d like a call, do let us know which times would suit you. We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive broken packaging. We are working with the courier company to address this. Thank you for your comment regarding difficulty in opening the tubs. We’ll pass this feedback to our product team. We’re very sorry to read your delivery instructions weren’t followed. This isn’t the experience we want for any of our customers. We’ll raise this issue with the courier service directly to help ensure your preferences are respected going forward. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts — they genuinely help us improve. If you’d like us to follow up on any of these issues directly, please do get in touch. Best wishes Team ProDog Raw
