The team that look after your development have been passed on your feedback and you should see an immediate improvement in terms of updates on pending repairs. The charges increased due to major build issues that needed repairing to make good. We always do our best to achieve value but unfortunately unforeseen repairs can lead to an increase in charges. Thank you for your feedback. We always look to improve and constructive feedback helps us to better ourselves. Please note the works to the gate were reactive so it was difficult to notify residents beforehand, the works were extensive and caused issues with the fobs. Thereafter we did our best to deal with the fallout but appreciate that it must have been frustrating and inconvenient for those who were temporarily restricted access. We sincerely apologise for this. For security reasons we cannot provide a resident with a key fob without the permission of the Leaseholder (flat owner). It is unfortunate the owner delayed matters but once the issue was made known to us we are pleased to hear Alex resolved it for you right away.
