Hvem kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer, at anmeldelserne kommer fra ægte kunder, ved at matche dem med et salg eller en transaktion. Folk bliver først inviteret til at skrive en anmeldelse, når de har købt noget hos virksomheden.

Hvordan håndterer vi falske anmeldelser?

Feefo forhindrer folk i at skrive falske anmeldelser, fordi vi kun inviterer verificerede købere til at give feedback.

Yes, sorry about that. It's always a bit 'out of our hands' when we have to go to an insurer for a policy. Particularly if there's some to-ing and fro-ing to be done.
