Hello Dean, Sorry you’ve had trouble getting the insurance you need. And hands up – this was a genuine mistake on our part. You came through to our team on our charities’ phone line…which is why the advisor you spoke to unfortunately assumed you were a non-profit making organisation. Since your business is also involved in an activity we insure under our charities policy, wires got a bit crossed. Rest assured, the policy has already been cancelled and is fully refundable.
