It is rare occurrence but we sometimes have to make slight adjustments to the covers due to the fact that they are made-to-measure. I can confirm that your covers are completed and ready for delivery as soon as you get back into your property. If you could please contact us at this time and your consultant will contact you and arrange a fitting date.

Thank you for your feedback. I was sorry to read that you are unhappy with the fabric you have chosen for your covers. Our consultants bring large fabric samples to every home visit so you can get a clear idea of the type and quality of the fabric you are ordering. However, if you feel that you have not received the fabric that you originally chose during your visit please let me know and I will arrange for customer services to contact you. With regards to receiving the wrong fabric sample for your scatter cushions if you would like to let me know which fabric you originally requested I can arrange to have the correct one sent out to you. I apologise for any inconvenience these issues may have caused.
