I would expect that this rainwater but tap would be supplied with an appropriate nut on the reverse (costing pence only) in order that the item couild be attached to the reservoir, otherwise the tap is useless. Very bad marketing and no help from the telephone line. Thus I had to google the plastic nut size and make the purchase separately. Bad news from a professional supplier. If I had time I would have demanded my money back.
