Good morning, Thank you for your feedback following your renewal. I was also very surprised to hear you had not received your cover note as promised. Having reviewed your file and after investigating with your renewals adviser it is clear that an email with documents was sent shortly after you paid. You have just spoken to us and received your cover note on a different email address, your first address was with hotmail which often has issues accepting emails from limited companies. We have also sent you a copy of our first email as proof of these actions. In light of our advisers acting correctly and as promised and that it is an email provider issue could you please reconsider your feedback when you receive this.
