By the time we re-quoted your policy, the portal was back up and running. We explained that renewing online could be beneficial, as it allows you to complete the process at a time convenient to you and includes a £25 discount. However, we should have been clearer that this discount had already been applied to your price. Overall, we were able to secure a lower premium for you with the same insurer, along with the reduced administration fee.
