was easy to book the campsite but didnt realise would only pay deposit through pitch…
was easy to book the campsite but didnt realise would only pay deposit through pitch up now have to contact campsite to complete the transaction - probably have to make payment by phone - wasnt...

Thank you for your feedback. Throughout the booking process Pitchup.com states that a 15% deposit is required at the point of booking, it is then up to the campsite/holiday park to specify how and when they require the rest of the payment to be made. This information is provided on the listing's 'Policies' tab and on the 'Booking information' section of the page before completing your booking. Pitchup.com are currently working on a full payment option which will be available soon. Pitchup.com
