Hello, thank you for your feedback. We do however feel that this is unfair as we pride ourselves on our outstanding Customer Service. A confirmation and a dispatch email had been sent to the email address you provided at the point of order. We also replied to your email in less than 24 hours detailing where your frame had been left by the courier. Although you have said that this review has been directed at the delivery company it does affect our feedback. We will forward your complaints to the courier company so that this does not happen again. If we can help further please do not hesitate to contact us. The PF&A Team
