Hello, I am sorry to see that you have only given us 1 star as this frame is very popular with our customers. With regards to your refund, we do advise that returns may take up to 10 working days for us to issue a refund and we only received your return on the 11th November. I can see that you emailed in on Monday 19th November and Abbi, our customer service advisor, replied to you within 24 hours to ask you for your proof of posting. We can see that you have sent this and will issue the refund today. If we can help further please do not hesitate to contact us on sales@photoframesandart.com
