Poor communication, only open in office hours.

Nalina thank you for your feedback. Whilst our telephone support is only open during office hours we do aim to reply to all emails to our customer services email within an hour up to Midnight weekdays and 10pm at the weekend. Our Customer Service email address is cservice@pedalsure.com. We apologise if we did not meet these standards.

Documents make reference to policy excess and exemption period - as per the policy schedule. but I don't have a policy schedule. Why not just state what they are

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise if you have not found our process to be transparent. My goal is firstly to ensure that you receive any required information, then or before we will be pleased to refund you if you are not fully satisfied with our terms.
We do list Excess in the Table of Cover on the Website and also FAQ's. We are open to discussing improving positioning.

So if its on the website - why say its in the policy schedule ?
plus a web site can be updated. I thought these details would be static and legally binding ?

Thank you for highlighting. Having resent the policy certificate, you have bought to our attention that we need to do more to make sure that we show clearly that there is no excess or exemption period on our Bronze, Silver or Gold Policies. We apologise again for any inconvenience.

Us of web site
The member of staff was very helpful. I wish ou made it easier to do it by telephone and for others easily to pay for the insurance.

Pedalsure - easy to do business with.
Easy to get a quote and easy to buy. No hassle experience, and a straight forward purchase. Based on this limited experience would probably buy from them again.
