Ordered Tuesday for Thursday delivery, paid £7.95 delivery charge, order turned up Saturday. Ballonns were for a party event on the Friday therefore not needed.

Thank you for your feedback, I can see thsat you have paid for our standard delivery service at £3.95, this incorporates the cost of the courier and packaging charges and also somebody picking, checking, packing and despatching your order.
