Arcam AVR400 Fastest delivery.

Ordered service for pickup at 14.30. Driver was at my house in Bracknell by 14.40.Driver was very professional. Arcam AVR400 was delivered the next morning in Liverpool . Amazing service. Thank you.

Never collected my parcel even when I paid for 'Express' same day service. Their 'online chat' is actually a next day email service. Their representative Richard Mileham asked me to cancel the order and re-book for the next day which I did. Again they failed collect the next day! I asked Richard for a refund and he automatically cancelled my reorder without my authority! Its now 3 days and my buyer is still waiting for their goods... ParcelHero wouldn't even refund me! Stay away!
