Hi, thanks for your reply advising that I should review your terms and conditions on your website. I didn't.
I put the earbuds on Ebay and got £20 less for them than I paid. I'll take that as a win, especially when I put the money towards a pair of Sony wf-1000mx6 which work perfectly. Ear anatomy is no longer an issue.
I think you should accept that if you are selling a product that may or may not work, you should be prepared to take a hit. The lesson I have learnt is don't touch Panasonic or Technics, your response is "buyer be aware"

Declining standards
Equipment arived on time and very quickly.
