Customer service totally unhelpful over my problem which occurred after the 14 day return period so were nor interested. I have had Panasonic for 50 years and will NO longer support them

I have always had Roberts clock radios but as my Panasonic televisions have always been reliable, I tried one of theirs. To start with it didn't have the right serial number for the UK. I found this out after the 14 day return period when this radio kept reverting back to European time so was therefore one hour ahead.. Having got no satisfaction with customer service I sent the radio back at my expense telling them to send it to Europe. I have subsequently purchased a nice bush clock radio which doesn't lie to me when I wake up.

I was very sorry to read about the damaged product you received - rarely, but occasionally, goods are damaged in transit and, while the damage is outside our control, our goal is to get a replacement item to you as quickly as possible. I believe in this case it was shipped within 2 days of us being made aware of the issue.

Nice compact radio has a good sound and can carry it around the house ,have not used all the stations on the radio. Delivery was prompt and it was well packaged.
