Dear Mr Parks, Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed that you cannot check your account online as you do not have biometrics. Currently, you are only able to log into your Oxbury Account using biometrics, this is because we find biometrics the safest and most secure way for our customers to manage their accounts. Please find that on our website under 'Savings Account' and 'Opening and managing your account' we do state the following: "To open and fund your savings account you will need to apply from a desktop, laptop or tablet device. Once you have applied for your account you will then need a smartphone to use our iOS or Android App to access the Oxbury Online Banking platform which makes managing your account both incredibly easy and highly secure. Biometrics (face recognition or fingerprint) must be set up and enabled on your device to access the Oxbury App and to access the Oxbury Online Banking platform." We can see that we have replied to your email confirming that you can service your account by contacting us by email, phone or webchat. If you need anything going forward please do not hesitate to contact our team by emailing savings@oxbury.com Many Thanks, The Savings Team
