When I tried to access my account again I could not as you would not…

When I tried to access my account again I could not as you would not accept my password. When I tried to access my password through Email, my Email address was not recognised.

We have had a look into this issue and it seems that the order placed was checked out as a guest. If you would like to set up an account then you will be able to view any future orders or alternatively if you would prefer you can continue to check out as a guest. The majority of our products show the thickness in the specification tab. The carpet that was ordered is approximately 8mm thick but we do have other thicker carpets available. If you every have a problem in future using your account we are available on the phone Monday to Saturday for queries and for sample requests or via email at info@onlinecarpets.co.uk Just to confirm following our telephone conversation we have arranged and collected the carpet and have processed a full refund for it. Althiugh I had problems trying to access my account when I wanted to send back the carpet I ordered, I got a phone call explaining that this was because I signed out as a guest instead of creating an account.
