Laminate flooring is manufactured in batches, and as a result, there can be slight colour variations between boards and packs. The natural wood-effect grain pattern can also vary from board to board, which is an intentional part of the design to create a more authentic and realistic appearance. During installation, boards should be mixed from multiple packs to help achieve an even and balanced finish across the floor. To ensure fairness and consistency, we investigate each case individually and assess it on its own merits. While we appreciate that this matter took a little longer to resolve, this was necessary to allow us to complete a full review and reach what we believed to be the fairest outcome. As the partial refund offered was accepted, we considered the matter resolved. However, we are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
