All our carpets are cut, wrapped, and rolled in a busy warehouse environment, with checks in place to ensure all pieces leave at the correct sizes. It is unusual for a remnant to be labelled incorrectly or to be the wrong size. We will use this case as constructive feedback to further improve our warehouse processes. We note that we have been in direct contact regarding this issue, and as part of a resolution, we offered to collect the carpet for a full refund. Unfortunately, as the carpet in question has been disposed of and is no longer available for collection, we are unable to process a refund.
