I have spoken with the Sales Team about your comments.
It appears that your booking was made very close to the time of travel, so only high standard accommodation was available outside of the town.
Luggage transfer services were also added at the last minute and the price was agreed with you prior to the booking.

Everything was taken care of for us. We didn't have to worry about where we would stay. Our luggage was taken to our next hotel. The transportation company picked up my clothes I forgot one day...
