Service was fine. The watch bands seem very cheap. They don't feel like real leather and they don't look like my other watches that have thicker leather bands. I am thinking about returning...
I love my watch.. It was as good as I expected. It came relatively quickly as well. For the first 24 hours, it ran a minute or two slow but after adjusting the watch, it is fine now.

The product is well made. The shipping was fast and the customer service excellent.
I have been trying to get in touch with them to get a larger watchband and have gotten no response for almost three weeks. The watch is absolutely useless if you can't wear it.
