Had no contact with them. Got tracking the day after, delivery the day after that.

Have ordered a few times and delivery has arrived before the expected date which was a nice surprise.
If I’ve ever some questions about an item they are quick to respond
Had to return it. Was quite sceptic of this process, as the company is based in Europe. Their customer service made it super easy.

As you might now we do offer free returns as well as free exchanges, meaning if 40mm watch is not the right fit, then our customers are more than welcome to exchange it to the 36mm or even to a different model having 32mm size. The process is the same as making a return at our return website: https://nordgreen.myreturnscenter.com
I needed the strap for my own watch. Customer service was super helpful with size and guidance.
The only downside is that delivery took 3-4 of days. Should be possible to of next-day delivery.
