As Of today July 5th I have not received my wrist band. Upon tracking it indicate it is at Fedex"s office.

Hi Rasik,
We have digger into the case and found that thepackage was just simply lost by Fedex. We are truly sorry for the delay and such an experience with us, hope you understand once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for an excellent service. We will of course send you a new package and will make sure to make a further investigation with Fedex regards this issue. You do not need to spend any minute on that, we will take full responsibility of taking care of this. Once again super sorry for any inconveniences caused, and appreciate your understanding regards it.
