Really good service and simple to adjust bike usage from leisure to include commuting too. Photos are simple to upload and they were quick to correct my error.

At peak times we offer a telephone voicemail and callback facility. Any voicemails received are responded to, by telephone call within an hour, during opening hours.
For e-mails for less urgent queries we respond to all e-mail queries within 12 hours of receipt during opening hours. I can see that you e-mailed our team originally at 18:26 on 11th June, we duly responded on 12th June at 10:41am. You then further e-mailed on 12th June at 12:35pm and then again at 14:58 chasing us on your query.
As we shared, your query had to be referred to our Underwriting team internally and we responded on 15th June at 09:13.
