Bought a power supply plug and it came with no Earth pin - cannot be used in normal UK socket outlet due to this. Earth pin has snapped off and was not in packaging or wrapper when opened. Job...

The packaging is slick (looks very Apple..) it is actually very thoughtfully designed- things like all the screws and fixings all arranged nicely in a foam block...

TP Link EAP 650 Arrived day after ordering and installed same day. Installation was quick and easy. Signal does seem to be stronger than our previous outdoor access point.
