Good service and prompt returns with info and emails, airline fares were overpriced.
Consultant was excellent and on the ball with my request.
Probably wouldn't use this voucher system again, but this was a gift.

We will never use a Travel Agent again as my241 provides a 'concierge' tailored personal service with no fuss
Understood what we needed with respect to our booking, was able to provide alternatives, searched for suitable dates and was very responsive in answering all our questions.
