One time had to contact representative three times to get response.

241 misleading advertising
We thought advertising was misleading or dishonest .Price was nowhere near 241.Slightly better than normal price .Will not use again and will not recommend

241 was happy to assist with my booking. They did all the research and provided me with an email within 2 hours listing several trips and dates. I was able to make a decision and book the same day....

Our purchase was actually done through RCI who liaised with 241 and enable us to book our cruise/tour. They were very helpful.

Our 241 pricing is based on the cruise lines full price (not discounted) unfortunately we are not in control of the cruise lines dynamic special offers, however we are always adding new sailing to our programs on a very frequent basis, to ensure we are delivering the best possible prices to our customers.
