Booking is easy. Filling in booking form, scanning, signing and returning with passport copies a bit of a pain but bearable. Pity not all cabins are available on all cruises.

Once the booking was made I had no proper response to the concern raised regarding the booking despite several emails and a request made to another person to have him contact me!
