My 241 should be offering to contact us to resolve these issues. Not expecting us to contact you.
And I still have not received our excursion voucher that we have paid for over a week ago. Not good enough.!!!
The office hours of the Australian office that is advertised by the 3rd party company for the excursions are incorrect, as they are never open!!
