Good service and open an honest details given.
Very polite and helpful staff who explained the policy terms with clarity. No pressure to purchase a policy and offered a good price for my requirement; I did purchase a new policy.

The overall response to my enquiry was good. However, I was concerned that I could not get cover for flood because the caravan was coastal, although there was no recent history of natural flooding...
