Hi Anne, thanks for your feedback. Yes, to boost Vit D levels it's recommended to take two capsules - but you can take both in one single dosage in the morning (before breakfast) so no need for the inconvenience of splitting it up during the day :) After three months you can then drop down to one a day once your Vit D level has been upped.

Hi, thank you, for your kind comment on our service & feedback on the B12. Just to allay any concerns about excess consumption, Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin, meaning they dissolve in water. Once the body uses this vitamin (and all vitamin Bs), excess amounts leave the body through the urine.
