Thank you very much for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m sorry that the arrangements around your Hong Kong sightseeing tour were not handled more smoothly, and that the supplier initially provided an incorrect pick‑up time and failed to register our request for a Rolls‑Royce transfer. We should have caught and corrected these issues before any paperwork reached you, and we’re reviewing our processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Regarding the luggage labels, printing them at home has now become standard practice across most cruise lines, but we appreciate that this isn’t always convenient. We’ll make sure we take care of this for you in the future.

Many thanks for your feedback on your recent cruise. I'm sorry to hear that your experience of joining and leaving the ships wasn't a positive one. I've informally fed this back to Seabourn so they are aware for future and so they can address this with the port in Bridgetown as well.
