Hvem kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

Hi there. This was in our journal for this item: "08/09/2011 The cable has been returned to us, I have mailed the customer to find out his intentions. The cable has not been refunded as yet, awaitng his e-mail or call.". Ref: your feedback I have refunded the cost of the cable. Apologies for the confusion.

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear that this has happened. The guard itself is designed to protect the user from flying debris, it is not really designed to take impact from hitting the ground (if that is what is happening ?). If you feel the product is faulty please return it to us for inspection. Regards.
