Samples were ordered on a Sunday and were sent out 1st class post two days later. Because we use regular Royal Mail post we have no means of tracking deliveries and we know from experience that from time to time samples simply go missing. We clearly state on order confirmations that customers should contact us if samples haven't turned up within 5 days of ordering. We take every sample order very seriously and are always looking for new business. To suggest otherwise is simply not the case. Replacement samples will be sent asap. Thank you. We have looked at presenting samples mounted on cards as described. The issue here is the cost implications of doing this, plus the fact that this would add some weight to the finished sample and would mean that we would probably have to reduce the number of free samples we can offer. The other issue cost-wise is the time it takes to physically label samples. Mounting them on a card takes more than twice as long as the way we do it now, and as we are sending out thousands of cuttings weekly costs can easily spiral.
