The parcel came next day as requested. Packed well and you actually put returns labels in. It’s a pain when you have to start trying to print labels but I didn’t have to return as top was beautiful.

Product very good but communication could have been better
The only (minor) problem I had is that I was not contacted to the say the trousers had arrived in the shop and were ready to be collected. I had to telephone the shop to ask.

Excellent
I usually buy from the Beverley Shop but on this occasion bought two tops on-line. I didn't like one so took it back to the store. There was no problem it was done quickly and efficiently.
