I'm so sorry to hear that the proofing process caused you frustration. That is never how we want our customers to feel. Our Prepress team noted that the way your file was set up could cause slivers in the final printed product, so they made adjustments to help prevent this issue. I see that you later let us know you would be okay with this discrepancy in the final product, so our Prepress team left the file unadjusted after that. I’m happy to see that we were able to complete the project using your approved file and that the order arrived quickly! We hope to have the opportunity to work with you again in the future.

Your review made our day! We believe in delivering nothing short of excellence, and your positive feedback reaffirms our commitment to providing high-quality products. We appreciate your trust in us and are excited to continue supporting your projects with our top-notch printing solutions.
